E-Recruiting With out ESS and MSS....

Hi

Experts need your advice once again.My clent wants to inpliment E-recruiting With out ESS and MSS is that Possible in Ecc6.0 Ehp 4 ?

Please Address the following Questions

1- How to we impliment E-recruiting With Out ESS and MSS?

2- If so We can inpliment.how will the manager creates Requisition form? and When the Recruiter Creates The Requisition how is that he will send for Approval for higher level manager?

3- If no ESS how will the internal candiate Apply for job in Carrer and Jobs i view ?

4- Can we impliment ESS and MSS and E-recruiting with out portal?

Yes, E-Recruiting can run without that - with EhP4 you need only the BP for MSS as there the recruiter and administrator role is included.

2- If so We can inpliment.how will the manager creates Requisition form? and When the Recruiter Creates The Requisition how is that he will send for Approval for higher level manager?

The manager can not do that via a MSS scenario but you can add them also and adopted recruiter role to create requisitions for example.

3- If no ESS how will the internal candiate Apply for job in Carrer and Jobs i view ?

You can provide internal candidates the URL for HRRCF_A_STARTPAGE_INT_CAND also where they can access the same services.

4- Can we impliment ESS and MSS and E-recruiting with out portal?

No. ESS and MSS are portal components and also E-Recruiting needs to be run with the Enterprise Portal. That is the case for EhP4 - with EhP5 it is different.

Hi,

your question is very deep. In my experience companies can implement their own ESS or MSS without the Sap specific package.

Suppose that the recruitement process is clear, a recritment platform can be implemented on a Sap Netweaver Istance using Abap Web Dynpro. There will be a lot of custom to do but you can implement the process as is, it depends by budget and time.....

ESS has a lot application just released, you have only to customize it, but maybe the client has to taylor its process on the system....
