Hello everyone,
I have created a new position in HCM and yes it is active. I'm logging into E-Rec as a Recruiter and when I try to create a requisition by using the Create by position function, the position is not showing up. I can see the new Org unit the position exists under, but no position appears.
I assumed that the RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES job that runs every few minutes is responsible for making sure HCM and E-Rec are in sync and would pick up the new position, however I think I'm mistaken. Can anyone tell me what job or program is responsible for allowing E-Rec to see a newly created position?
