E-Recruiting standalone system activation points on EHP7, EREC 617

Hi,

We are implementing  EREC Standalone, We are on EHp7, EREC 617.

As per the SAP Note 997181 on EREC Standalone  we are establishing a standalone E-REC system as I2A Scenario where EREC is in one box and SAP HCM is another box.

I have attached the screenshot of EREC Standalone BOX Spro for your confirmation.

We would like to confirm the activities done:

1) We would like to confirm whether all required components needed for EREC Configuration on Standalone design is available or any other common component has to added/activated to the SAP E-Recruiting system

2) Below is the list of business functions activated in EREC sytem (Standalone system)

Activated Business Functions:

HCM_ERC_ANALYTICS_1

HCM_ERC_CI_1

HCM_ERC_CI_2

HCM_ERC_CI_3

HCM_ERC_CI_4

HCM_ERC_SES_1

Below Business Functions Activation failed in EREC system because the required components is not available

HCM_ASR_CI_3

HCM_ASR_CI_4

HCM_TMC_CI_1

2) Should the failed BF activated in HCM is fine ?

Would these failed BF due to non-availability of components in SAP EREC box will impact MSS E-Recruiting services  or HCM process & forms developments.

Hi Paul,

On a Standalone E-Recruiting System you just need the E-Recruiting packages, so the Business Functions which are failing are usually BFs used on HR systems for the MSS E-Recruiting Services (Adobe Forms). The Standalone system will send data to that services but you don't need to activate the functions on the purely E-Recruiting system.
