E Recruiting selection correspondence not triggering through mail(SOST)

Hi

The e Recruiting correspondence is not being triggered through the mail (SOST). The unregistered candidate correspondence is being sent through the SOST. However the selection process correspondence like interview invitation, joining instructions, offer letter etc are not triggering. I am getting the following SLG1 errors.

·         CL_HRRCF_CS_SENDER============CM001 line 105

·         Business partner 3741 does not exist

I have maintained mail id in 105 subtype 10.

A sync program was run.

Transaction BP: the BP record including mail id is displayed.

User profile (SU01): mail id and printer settings are maintained

I find ‘P’ and CP in 1001 however I didn’t find ‘BP’ there. Is it correct?

Please can you guide me what setting I am missing.

Could you pleas check in HRP1001 if there is a assignement from CP to BP?(Otype= CP, SCLAS = BP)

The RSIGN sould be 'B' and Relat '207'.

Which sync program did you run?

HRALXSYNC?

Hi ,

Make sure the relation CP to BP exists in HRP1001.  Also go to transaction BP and check whether everythig is okay with the BP.

It appears that the process is failing when attempting to gather the email address for the candidate.  Has this information been populated correctly?
