E Recruiting- Resume -EHP 5

Hi ,

I am unable to view any resume of the candidate. As a recruiter i see the clip sign available against the candidates but when i click on that to display resume i get "internal error".

The SLG1 recrods shows

An exception occurred in E-Recruiting.

    CL_SDC_BSP_UTILITIES==========CPCL_SDC_BSP_UTILITIES==========CM00191

Technical Details

I have noticed that table :V77RCF_PRMC_PL has no entry.We have ADS working.

The following switch RECFA DATAO is blank.

Please guide me how to resolved this error.

Hello Nidhi,

I don't know if you use a distributed WD scenario or not but I know that error from such a scenario and it could be solved with note 1686126.

Hi Nicole ,

Thanks a lot for you reply . I got the issue .The content server was not active in SICF hence no attachment was opening.

We are facing the same problem.

The note didn't solve the problem.

Which service in the SICF did you activate?

I activated the service /default_host/sap/bc/contentserver.
