E Recruiting-Requisition Management -EHP5

Hi ,

I am in real confusion with the functionality of Requisition Management which is available with Recruiter Administrator. 

When ever i try to add a future date in  "extended storage until date " column for all the status of requisition released , to be deleted, closed,on hold, & draft i get a error "Component Usage LEGAL_HOLD Does Not Have an Active Component  ".

There is no error in SLG1 . And on top of that the component "ILM" got activated by mistake from transaction SFW5.

Please help me what wrong ? i need the solution very badly.
