Hi Liran
Could you check if perhaps you have hidden the active queries with personalization?
You can check it by yourself clicking with the right-button on the iView (anywhere not over the POWL grid) > User Settings. If there's an entry "Invisible Elements" in the submenu, you can access it to restore any
hidden element from the iView.
It is also worth noting that for active queries you do also need to ensure the following POWL queries are also added
- POWL_CAT: categories
- POWL_QUERYR: category per query (and role and application ID)
- POWL_QUERY: type
- POWL_TYPE: defines the feeder class
Hope its of some help
Sally

Hi Sally,
First of all, I wish to thank you for your reply and for willing to help.
I don't think the problem is caused by hiding or by the queries' configuration, because I do see the links on the dashboard, but they are inactive (you may look at the screenshot I attached to my original message).
And actually, this thing has happened to me before and I solved it, but I cannot remember how I did it. I think it has something to do with the user configuration...
May you have some more ideas?
Thank you again,
Liran
