E-Recruiting - Manager notification Activity

Hi,

This is what I am trying to do... without much success so far.

When a recruiter has added candidates to the shortlist tab, and they are done their part, I would like to create an activity that they can select to alert the Manager. This needs to be done with a changeable letter, as they change content depending on the recruitment type. There should only be 1 email sent to the manager, even if you selected all the candidates in the shortlist.

Option 1 You can create a Custom Activity call "Email to Manager". After that trigger workflow event from WDA Application. In this way only one email will go at one time.

Option 2 Just create a post exit method under Activity application for recruiter & as soon as they change content email will go to manager.
