E-Recruiting Issue with IE 11

Hi We have upgraded our E-REC to EHP 606. We are getting complains from our external users that when they try to attach resume or any document for external job posting the blue wheel keeps spinning and a blank window just pop up in IE 11. I have also encountered the same issue in IE 11. Is there any SAP notes available for this issue? Thanks Farhana

You are aware that IE11 support is limited and a specific version (and SP) of SAP NetWeaver is required? See this blog details.

Spinning wheels are usually because of Unified Rendering (UR) problems. Run report WDG_MAINTAIN_UR_MIMES and make sure the deployed and installed versions of the UR are the same. You could also see if there are any known issues with the SAP_BASIS version you are using, there are UR corrections available for most versions. What is your SAP_BASIS version, 731? What SP level?

There are 6 SAP notes having corrections to Unified Rendering that can be applied on top of NW731 SP10: 1920122, 1919108, 1931488, 1949335, 1931492 and 1949334. Before applying make sure that your current UR has been correctly deployed, as per my previous message.
