E-Recruiting - few issues with eRec

Hello Expert,

Currently I am having few issues and concerns with erec (ehp5) and was just wondering if you could give me some clarification on it,

Candidate profile :

1. As per SAP standard is there a tab page for cover letter which I can use it with candidate registration.
2. Candidate assessment, Is there a way other than questioner to let managers assess the candidates.

          I remember with SAP ECC 5.0 there was Candidate Assessment linked with OADP, what about ECC6 and EHP5  ?

Any clarification that you can provide would be appreciated.
