e Recruiting- error on saving the candidate data

Hi Guys,

When I create and save the external candidate I am getting the following error on the Recruiter portal. Settings in table u2018INRDPu2019 looks fine. I am I missing some thing? Please let me know.

Candidate number 00000000 does not exist

Check first of all if note 1509543 helps - I am sure it will!

and also that you do have CP-NA-BP-US etc for this candidate in HRP1001 - you can use the report RCF_CREATE_USER if neccessary

Hi Sally,

Thank you for your response. I have verified the 'HRP1001', and they are ok. I will update you after applying the note. We are using the EP5 system.

No problem Robin, the note was only released July 12th and ships with EHP5 SP04 so should be relevant to your release too.

Apologies for the late resonse, we have applied the note and system is generating another error. Please see the details below:

When a Recruiter creating the external candidate and on saving the data system is generating the following error. We are using the EP5 system.
