Hi Experts,
Currently when an applicant applies for a job requisition, the system sends an email to that applicant.
The problem is the content of the attachment (Application Acknowledgement) is different from the content of the email. But when I check the smartform 'YN_HRRCF_CS_ACKNOWLEDGE_APPL' its contents are the same as that of the attachment:
How come the email's content is not the same as that of the content in the smartform? I assigned the proper template to the proper activity.
Request clarification before answering.

You probably have assigned an own cover letter for that smartform. Please check that in table T77RCF_COV2FORM.
