Hi,
Is it possible to display only vacancies on Requisition? A drilldown option is available on the Requisition to assign a Position to the Requisition. Is it possible to display only Vacant Positions when you search through this option?
Thank you

Hi Robin,
both requisition maintenances (the BSP solution up to EhP 3 and the web dynpro solution for EhP 4 and above) allow the integration with the vacancy information from HR Core. If this integration is set up, a checkbox will appear in the UI which allows to restrict the search for positions to positions which are vacant only.
Is this sufficient for your requirement or do you look for a hard restriction, i.e. to remove the possibility for recruiters to assign non vacant positions to the requisition at all?
If you supply the release information what eRec version EhP you use and the required solution (standard set up of integration or restriction to assign non vacant positions). We will surely be able to provide the necessary information.
Best Rgds.

Hi Robin,
the managers request the requisition via a HCMPF scenario so there are different options as the form can be replace by any customer development. So you could either replace the search help in your form by a customer one or change the standard search help's behaviour.
The example form uses a search help based on the web dynpro component HRRCF_C_POSITION which is again based on OADP (object and data provider). There is a BAdI HRWPC_EXCL_MANAGERS which allows the restriction of the object selection or you can have an object selection based on a class implementation instead of the the rules.
Both options could be used to exclude non vacant positions from the object selection.
(You find the relevant IMG nodes with their documentation in IMG under Integration with Other mySAP.com Components -> Business Packages / Functional Packages -> Manager Self-Service (mySAP ERP) -> Object and Data Provider -> Object Provider)
Kind regards
Roman
Hello Robin,
Yes, it is possible to show the vacant positions.
Positions marked as vacant in HRP1007 must be in T750X table in HR system. Now if it is correctly maintained, Then you should get desired results.

Deepak.
