E-Recruiting Assigning of roles in R/3 ECC6.0 EHP4

Hi

Experts need your Advice once again.i am trying to build E-recruiting System suppose say i have

Higher level Manager

Manager

Recruiter

Recruiting Adminiistrator

If i want to assign roles in R/3 SU01 so what are the standard roles i have to assign in order to see in Portal the relevent things

Hi,

for accessing the portal based functions you need a combination of authorization roles (assigned in SU01) and portal roles (assigned in the user maintenance in Portal).

For EhP 4 the roles are depending partly on the support package you have applied to the system. Could you name your SP?

In addition, please check the following roles

SAP_RCF_MANAGER Manager

SAP_RCF_RECRUITER Recruiter

SAP_RCF_REQUISITION_REQUESTER Requestor

SAP_RCF_BUSINESS_ADMINISTRATOR Administrator

SAP_RCF_DECISION_MAKER Decision Maker

Also need to assign RCF_CAND_INT for Reference user for additional rights.

From the portal side you need to deploy the Business Package for Recruiter 1.41 then assign the role of Recruiter to the user,

through user administration.

Hi Deepak so you mean to say as manager in R/3 he need to have only SAP_RCF_MANAGER Manager and as Manager can also create a Requisition so he can have the other role SAP_RCF_REQUISITION_REQUESTER Requestor and Recruiter and Administrator as usual ..as one more thing here all the above user are also Employees so we also need to assign Employee role(SAP_ESSUSER) if i am not wrong and Can you tell me is it manadatory to give S_RFC Role to all the employees.I am pretty new to this Pls dont mind as i am asking pretty simple Question ...I Really Appreciate your help Deepak.
