E-Recruiting - Application Group - Manual Application via Data Entry

We have created few Application Groups but when I try to do a manual data entry and search for reference codes, I can see all the current 'requisitions' but no 'application groups'. I have released the application group, I am on the support team, there is a url generated. Even if I put in the exact 'reference code' there are no hits..

If I go in as an external candidate (by clicking on the generated url link) I am able to apply online. I am now testing the process of entering paper applications.

If I login to the candidate start page as an external candidate and do a job search, i don't see any 'application groups' which is what is expected but if I try apply via 'reference code', the system is unable to find the 'reference code'.

We are on eRec 6 (EHP3)

Am I missing any steps ?

Hello Nash,

applications groups are technical the same as requisitions, but the have a different functional purpose.

You use application groups usually for speculative applications. This means you don't have a concret vacancy. Thats the reason why you can't find the groups within the job search. Because job search is based on requisition an not on application groups.

If you want to assign a candidate to a group within manul data entry please use the drop down under the field reference code. There sould appear all your open groups.
