E Recruiting_-Acknowledge letter only for External Candidate

Hi

When an external Candidate applies for a vacancy, system is sending the confirmation letter by mail. This letter is only required for the internal candidates and to fulfil this I have maintained 1020-Acknowledge Registered Application for external candidate only (Candidate class= External candidate, table V77RCF_ACT2FORM).

However system sending a standard correspondence (i.e. HRRCF_CS_IT_APPLICANT ) template to the internal candidate. How to restrict this letter to the internal candidate? Your inputs are highly appreciated.

Hi,

the conformation letter is triggerd by workflow.

Pleas check in table SWFDVEVTY1 which workflow is responsible for objecttype "ERC_OBJECT" and event STATUSCHANGED.

Within this workflow the acitvity (sending confirmation) is automatically created.

You can also check transaction swia. There you can see which workflow was started after a candidate has applied.
