E-Recruiting 6.05. Is it possible to work with Recruitment module and E-Recruitment module at the same time?.

Hi,

We are on E-REC 6.05 with separated standlone e-rec system.

Our client wants to continue working with the Recruitment module for processes that have already opened up to the year end. But he wants to start working with E-recruitment module for the new requisitions.

Is it possible to use both modules at the same time?.

Somebody could guide me, please?.

Hey Esther,

generally the data model of the classic recruitment and the E-Recruiting ist absolutely different.

Different infotypes, packages, classes, reports, search scenarios...

This means from the technical point it should work but you have to notice that there is no standard functionality to migrate candidate data or applications from recruitment to e-recruiting. Your would run two isolated systems and the systems can not communicate or transfer data to each other.
