E-recruitement HRP1000 NA count is not matching with HRP 5102 table NA count

Hi,

We have implemented an E-recruitment module – EHP6 for one of the leading Bank. However, we are facing an issue that the entries for NA in HRP1000 are not matching with the table HRP 5102 (Candidate information).

Ideally first NA gets created in HRP1000 and then when candidate creates the profile HRP5102 table it gets updated.

But in my production environment in HRP1000 the count of NA is almost 50000 and in HRP5102 table NA count is 500150.

Please help me to understand these two tables.

Regards,

Sarika Mansukh.

Hi Sarika,

HRP1000 will only contain 1 record per candidate as this is a mandatory infotype. This infotype is only modified when creating the candidate. Table HRP5102 contains the basic candidate's information (profile release, privacy statement accepted,...) also with history

If you want to make a rough estimate of the number of candidates in your system, HRP1000 is a good indicator.

Luk

Hi,

Thanks for your responce. you are right the NA count should be considered from HRP1000.

However, I have some observation that the the NA exist in HRP 5102 table is not appearing in HRP1000 table.

Ideally, when candidate gets registered the NA gets created in HRP1000 and when candidate make any changes to his information it gets updated in HRP5102 table. Hence, the NA appears first in HRP1000 and then in HRP5102. Here, I have some NA’s which are appearing in HRP5102 table but not in HRP1000 table.

Kindly help me to understand this problem.

Sarika Mansukh
