Hi Experts,
We are going ahead with the implementation of E-recruitment on the same SAP ECC EHP-7.
I am exploring the all the prerequisities & confoguration on ECC to be followed .
Can anybody please guide me on few things.
1/ Prerequisites for E-Rec on ECC EHP-7
2/ Integartion points & configuration
3./ Data transfer from E-rec to PA
4/ Management of Candidate profiles of the past applications as far as 5 yrs.
5/ Campus recruitment process, is it going to be different from the regular recruitment process.
Please put some light on these.

Justr a clarification "integrated scenario means"-
Are you takling about E-rec as a stand alone & getting integrated with ECC or E-rec on top of ECC.
Please guide me on the same.

Hello,
you should not use the integrated landscape scenario for eRec - no matter what SAP writes in their documentation. My customers who tried faced serious issues in security, authorization and functionality. It is even probable that payroll issues were caused by the eRec module - SAP could not even explain what happened and let to several people not being paid.
