E-rec@ Internal or External Application are not getting INDEXED !!!

Dear all,

If a Recruiter select to 'Create Internal Application' and choose 'Referece code' - starts to search 'Job posting title' in 'Reference Code Search' pop up box, as per the title data is not getting indexed properly.

For this we re-indexed the TREX as well, but still not...getting filtered.

Can only one share the valuable info please...!!!

Hello Asha,

That's strange - which SP level do you have? Do you activate the checkbox to show only valid publications? How many are generally in your system which should be displayed? This would help to figure out if the first search is wrong or true or if the further searches are doubling the result hits for example.

Hello Asha,

Is the problem that you don't get any hits or that you don't get hits if you type in the exact title?

Hi Nicole,

How are you doing after long time..we are discussing!!

We are getting the hits but it is showing - for First time hit: 50 - job posting titiles

for Second time hit: 141 - jot posting titles

for thrid time hit: 349 - job postiing titles

We are expecting, if we start to search any 'Job Posting title' in Reference code search pop up box, it shld get filtered all the 'Job Posting titles' AT A TIME.

Hi Asha,

I'm using EhP4 SP8 and it is working fine trying to use wildcards or not in that column.

I don't think it's a matter of indexing since it seems you can see all the hits you're waiting for in the initial list.

Which version are you working on?

If you're on EhP4 take a look at notes 1334612 and 1428560.

Hi Angelo,

Thanks for sharing the notes. But 2nd is already implemented in our EHP4 environment.

But this Note: 1334612 is not supporting for our environment.

Any other solution pls??
