E Rec- Internal Candidate need to add application source

Dear Experts,

In SAP E Rec, When internal employee applies for a job opening from ESS then in application wizard Cover letter section comes which asks for Application source.

Can we eliminate this from internal employees application job.

Puneet,

You can use a different configuration for internal and external candidates in the application wizard.

Check Technical settings in the customizing. In section Flexibilization, you will find what you need.
