E Rec- External Candidate Job Campaigns

Hi Experts,

In SAP ECC E Recruiting do we have the flexibility to create generic job campaigns for candidates that is campaign is  attached with any requisition.

To be precise we want to create a campaign for Sales People which can have positions from Middle management to Senior Management. This involves positions having multiple departments & multiple Company codes & multiple locations so we are not creating requisition.

How can we handle or create such kind of Job posting for external candidates in SAP E Recruiting.

Hi Puneet,

You always can select additional hierarchy levels in the requisitions in tab "job posting".
