E-REC - Create Requisition: (Draft) - Additional fields required

Hello All,

I am working on E- Recruitment - NWBC

I need your help for E-REC Page - Create Requisition:  (Draft) - Additional fields required.

I want to update more additional fields required on the below page.  How can we update the additional field on the E-REC

Screen-2 - In this screen i want to add new additional field

i.e. Employee Type - A, B, C, D, E (Dropdown required )

Process : I have log on from Recruiter ID

Hello Santosh,

I am not a very techy guy, but can give you below details:

You can enhance the compoment ERC_C_REQ_MGMT_UI which has the view V_GEN_JOB_INFO.

There is required enhancement, but I am looking any standard way to add by configuration or table level entries.

But I appreciate both of your solutions.

Thanks Brindha Pfor the suggestion, you are saying dropdowns which are actually available fields, But I want to add here field and in this field dropdown i.e. i.e. Employee Type (Screen-2) - A, B, C, D, E (Dropdown required )  This is required the additional field on the screen-2.

Please suggest if any alternate solution.

Hi,

As per my understanding it is not possible thru config but you can add Z field in same screen using enhancement and accordingly map z field in backend table to capture that data in std tables.

Hi Santosh,

   Will it not suffice if you can change the drop sown values for "Work Contract Type" ? This can be easily done in SPRO. SAP E Recruiting->Requisition Management->Requisition->Job Description->define work contract types.

Thanks for the suggestion.

But Client wants some additional field on the screen.  Please check the following screen.

I have highlighted in the red color box...like that additional field and in this field 4 dropdowns.

Sarvesh Hasija suggested for the custom fields can update through development, but I am finding the standard solution.

   Adding a new field is not possible in standard, you enhancements to screen as well as backend table.
