Dear All,
I have a requirement in E-Recruitment.
Suppose for one requisition 200+ candidates are applied & Recruiter wants to filter those candidates against their experiance's, years of services, etc.
For example, want to filter and then process only those's candidates who has 4+ years experience and/or B.Tech degree.
In portal comparison tab button is there but how can i use this to fulfill my requirement.
Please share with me how can i fulfill my requirement or any workaround is available.

Do you just want to display these candidates with that criteria (so real filtering) or just sorting? Because filtering can be done with adding these values when you click on link "filter" on the right side of the table.

Please go to the the "proposed candidate" search and define the search you want to use.
Save this search as a "variant". After that you will have this search as ranking method. Depending on the search you will see a match in column "match".
If the variant does not come up below "ranking method", then please make sure that the searches cdcycandsearch and cdcysrch have the same search mask group assigned in IMG.
