E-Rec 6.05. Issue ALE transferring two P related to the same CP.

Hi,

We are on E-REC 6.05 with separated standlone e-rec system.

Following our client requirements we have some employees with an "special situation" and it´s mandatory to have their Ps related to the same CP object.

Working in the HR machine we don´t have any problem. But when we try to transfer this kind of employees from HR system to E-Rec we realized that the system doesn´t work as we need.

Our client needs that these kind of employees have two different Users one for each P, so we need that the ALE should be able to create the two different users for the same CP.

Somebody knows if there is any Standard Customization for solving this issue or if it is mandatory to create an enhancement in the corresponding BADI for this.

Hi Esther,

If concurrent employment is used E-Recruiting creates for each central person a candidate object. Here one CP can have several personell numbers assigned.
