E-Mailing Candidates Problem - Invite to Interview process.

Dear All

We seem to be having an odd issue on our E-Rec system where some not "All" invite to interview e-mails are failing under the activities.

When clicking e-mail the system hangs.

However e-mails generally from the system for other areas are working etc.

Were on version 606 and have switched on all the latest WDA functions.

I suspect this is going to be a SAP OSS call.

Any help would be appreciated

check if you see an error in transaction SLG1 when it fails. Also, try to identify why (which candidate) is causing the problem. Than you can debug that mail for just that candidate
