E-mail verification link in PDF

The e-mail verification link in PDF gives error screen  if you copy/paste  into the browser. (The PDF is cutting of some of the text  and  the link is broken.) The link only works if you click on it.

Any suggestions ?

Hi Nicole,

I implemented the notes... but now I don't receive any ‘Verification eMail’ to continue the application submit. (No email is found on SOST )..

check if in internet explorer there is an extra service active (adobe pdf link helper).

Sometimes this causes problems with links in EREC i've found...

SLG1 log is displaying the following :

'The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CS_DOC_CAT_APPL======CM001' line XXX:

   RAISE EXCEPTION TYPE cx_hrrcf....

Any ideas ?

For this error

'The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CS_DOC_CAT_APPL======CM001' line XXX:

usually you see such similar errors if the workflow user WF-BATCH has no candidate or email assigned

Try setting up the objects with the report RCF_CREATE_USER ?

Just one more point....do you have the correspondence assigned correctly between the tables T77RCF_DOC_CAT and T77RCF_ACT_CAT and added in V77RCF_ACT2OTYPE
