E Mail content missing in Rediff mail account

Hi Experts,

Good Morning.

In External candidate E Mail confirmation mail when ever content is getting delivered to Rediffmail accounts than it is blank & when same mail is triggered to another accounts of g mail, yahoo etc then it is absolutely fine.

Can you help me if we are missing some settings that are required specifically for rediff.

Hi,

there are different options in eRec to send correspondences plain text email, html email and plain text cover letter as email plus attached pdf document.

I experienced the issue you described in case of using html emails usually for hotmail some years ago. The email in the web provider portal looked simply empty. When checking the html source of the web page you could see that the text of the correspondence in between there so the content was delivered but just not rendered properly.

We tried to solve the problem by influencing the html generated in the correspondence classes unfortunately with not much of a success. When we finally managed to see the text we faced trouble with other email providers. In the end this let to the decision to recomment customers to either use plain text or the attachment solution as the html solution is simply to unpredictable.
