Dear Comunity,
I hope you are doing well.
I have the following requirement: There are employees who do not have a defined work schedule, it is formed according to the days they record. For example, they record from Tuesday to Saturday, therefore the days off would be Sunday and Monday and the time valuation will be done accordingly.
Is there a way to achieve this requirement?

right now only with some custom build integrations via the integration center. You need to find a logic to extract the recorded time data and then upload via temporary change of workschedule API off-day day models. But you need to not only consider recorded attendance records, but also absences. Cause only when there is no attendance and no absence on a day than you most probably can assume that this was an off-day for the employee. Or he forgot to record his attendances ;-).
Midterm we have dynamic shift assignment on the roadmap. That would cover your requirement - but this is rather a 2024 or maybe even a 2025 topic.
