Dynamic footer Number in custom variable pay statement

Hi Everyone, 

I have a requirement regarding the custom statement in variable pay. 

We need to publish the name of goal name assignment wise. Suppose there are 3 assignments named "Assignment1" , "LOA", "TLA" . Assignment1 has one goal called "Operations" , LOA has one goal called "LOA" and TLA has one goal called "TLA" . So for a particular period LOA and TLA can get assigned more than once.

The requirement is to assign a superscript to LOA and TLA which ever comes first in assignment . ex- 

from 1st Oct to 31st Oct - Assignment1

from 1st nov to 15th Nov- LOA

from 16th Nov to 30th Nov- TLA

from 1st Dec to 10th Dec- LOA

and so on....

So out of LOA and TLA whichever comes first in terms of date that will be printed as mentioned below .(If LOA comes earlier than TLA then

LOA4

TLA5

if TLA comes before LOA then it will be printed as 

TLA4

LOA5

Any suggestion here is highly appreciated.
