Duplicate records in position, department in advanced reporting

Hi all

The advanced reporting stories is displaying all the previous position, department and division changes in the report. The requirement is to display only the latest record details in job info.

Based on below KBA, changed the positionmdfrecordstatus to Null. The filters such as N,PH, are not available. I can see only one option Null.

Hi Subba. Thanks for your reply. I cannot find an option to adjust dates? Does this need to be done within the query?

Can you please check if date options is selected as Show All in report instead of Current date
