duplicate person id external

hello,

my aim is to change an employees status from inactive to active. When I upload basic import csv file with status Active it says duplicated person id external. What shall I do?

Did you, before importing, try the checkbox that allows to import inactive users and is the user id exactly the same as that of the inactive employee? Without those 2 criteria it would make sense that its rejecting here sadly.
