Hi,
I have a client running SAP S/4 with Enable Now Web Assistant on the cloud. The standard content is extended and they have been editing the standard context help and adding some new. However once done and published via Web Assistant they don't appear to be showing. I have checked in the Manager and now see duplicate files (3 or 4) for the same context help (with the page key name) and extension in brackets. They each have different dates/times they were created, some by the same person some by another.
Can you please advise why this is happening as I know it locks an item for editing so there can be only 1 person working it at a time but it appears that has not happened?
Thanks
David

Hi David,
Unfortunately, I have seen instances where there are multiple context files for the same screen with the same language, context, product name and product version. This will prevent the content from appearing in Web Assistant so sounds like it might be your issue. The only thing you can do is to open each of the context files in the Manager Web Editor and check which one has the content. Once you know this, delete the other files. As Dirk mentions, please make sure that they really are overlaps by checking language, context field, and the product name and product version before deleting.
Regards
Shane

Check the Web Assistant Context > Product Version. That's probably different. Quite possibly the system was updated to a version number and the next time an Author goes into edit, SEN is creating a new object because it doesn't find one for the current (new) version number.
