Drop-down values in SAP EnableNow

Please let us how can we capture drop-down values in SAP EnableNow.

You mean in Web Assistant, if you are using the "+", not a simulation. When you select Hotspot Assignment, press SHIFT+A to postpone hotspot assignment for 1 action, then open the menu, then perform the Hotspot Assignment.

Hi Mandeep,

Do you mean in a Simulation? If so, just record the drop down value like all other steps in the transaction.

Thanks for your response, Shane...Yes, it's a guided walkthrough. I click a drop-down and a list of options appear and when I click "+" to add a step, the drop-down closes. So, I am not able to capture the drop-down options.
