Download multiple pay statements at one time in EC or ECP?

Is there a way to download multiple pay statements at one time for an employee in EC Payroll or EC?  We have recently had a request during an audit to provided multiple pay statements per employee per year and put them into a pdf file.  We are currently pulling the statements one by one and then combining them into one large pdf, but we would like to understand if there is a capability to pull many at once?

Hi,

It depends what is means to have several forms at same time download:
1. If it is download on form per employee you can do this via spool
2. If you want several forms of different employee in the same form. Enter HRFORMs transaction go to edit. Then go to selection screen and there you have an option to select how many employees per form. 
3. If you want same employee but several forms you can extend the period using other period instead of payroll area periods. 

In this 3 options it is needed layout to be configured in order to print the pertinent format. 

Also note that you can create a customservice that uses the print program, then configure this system in payroll system configuration in EC and it can be an ESS or Admin service at EC.
