We need to download the pdf of VRP Bonus Assignment statement in People Profile background. The button is not available and the bonus assignment letter can be only opened clicking on it. 

Is there some permissions that we are not granted?

Checking the List of Role-Based Permissions, I think the role-based permissions you need to grand to the users who need to download VRP Bonus Assignment statement is:

Please, Navigate to “Manage Permission Roles” , select the role associated with the users needing access and check if the role has the permission name “Download bonus assignment statement”
