Doubt Regarding accessibility of Company ID

 I have recently created an account under SAP, and started a free trial to access SAP Success Factors HCM.

Now when I click on "Show Version Information" a screen pops up with the CompanyID. Is this the actual Company ID of the Organization? And can it be used in 3rd party applications for Authentication? 
Also when I use the same CompanyID to try to login on SAP Success Factor directly, it says invalid CompanyID.
Where to access the VALID CompanyID from?

The Company ID represents your SF BizX instance in a specific data center. The value you are seeing under "Show Version Information" is the correct ID:

For the authentication, you must use the URL for the Data Center where your instance is:

• 2089448 - SuccessFactors Data Center Name, Location, URL, Domain Name, Mail Server details, SFTP det...

If you are using Basic Authentication to access the SF instance, you will receive this error message if you are typing the CompanyID when using a different DC URL.
