Hi Experts,
Apparently we are doing on the evaluating on HRIS products for Performance Management.
Does anyone know SFSF Performance & Goals can set forced ranking when managers are doing performance evaluation? Example, a manager must given 30% subordinates in rank B max. only; others will move to lower ranking.
