Does LMS and/or I-Content have records retention functionality built in?

Our Learning team would like to understand whether the LMS and/or i-content has any capability to set records retention rules on the content and automatically purge based on specified rules.

We have rules that dictate when training materials are to be purged. We hope to be able to mark our content in some way that the system would be able to “automatically” delete the content after the required retention.

Hi Tom,

Currently Icontent server or LMS application - do not have any auto purge feature with items or content.

You can post this as a idea for enhancement in new ideas section.
