Hi Ellen,

Dirk's correct, you can definitely expose existing content, like Simulations, through Web Assistant or Desktop Assistant to allow users to access it at the time of need. It's also possible to develop Web Assistant/ Desktop Assistant specific content, e.g. Guided Tours, that can be used to guide users in application.

Shane

As a concept? Sure, I guess. You can make any training content (simulations, courseware) available context-sensitive via Web Assistant or Desktop Assistant, so users can access it when they need it and where they need it.

Or did you have something specific in mind?

Thanks Dirk, Shane also responded below and I've sent him an internal email since it also involves OKTA and SSO integration.

OK. SEN does work with Okta. Note that for seamless SSO between the target application (e.g. S/4) and SAP Enable Now, they both need to be using the same IAS.
