Dirk's correct, you can definitely expose existing content, like Simulations, through Web Assistant or Desktop Assistant to allow users to access it at the time of need. It's also possible to develop Web Assistant/ Desktop Assistant specific content, e.g. Guided Tours, that can be used to guide users in application.

As a concept? Sure, I guess. You can make any training content (simulations, courseware) available context-sensitive via Web Assistant or Desktop Assistant, so users can access it when they need it and where they need it.
