Hi All,
As of today we have a single Salary (global) template that include around 30 countries using merit, market, promotion and lumpsum.
Our Brazilian colleagues are asking if some how we can manage within the template the union increase called Dissidio.
To mention a few challenges to include this into our Comp- Salary template are:
1.- Different across Brazil, it is different for specific cities/provinces.
2.- Dates and amounts increases definitions are variable due to depends on union agreements, so they can happen between Feb and Nov and sometimes need to be retroactive, meaning confirmed on Nov but valid since Feb current year.
Any comments or guidance will be appreciated in case you have faced this before.

Thanks for your feedback, definitely helps to understand another ways that this should be controlled from EC perspective and how can be ingested and processed by Comp. In our case we aim we have a global process that currently is working well but some localized scenarios like dissidio are not in scope because it breaks the global template.
