We were trying to receive a part in LM01 and the error message popped up PL. Val. GR Blkd St. exceeded by. THe issue was brought to my attention and I checked MB51 for movement types that looked out of sync and found no issue. I tried to receive the part again in LM01 and it received correctly. I noticed that it went on QA hold when received. the part did not have a QIR record set up.
