Hi All,
Can someone please help me understand why the offer letter gets saved rather triggering an email to the candidate, when using option Online offer with esignature. I have configured the Docusign settings within manage recruiting settings and also granted required permissions. Is there anything else that need to be done and I am missing?
Kindly share your thoughtful ideas and links if any.

usually Docusign admin, if your team has access to Docusign and there will be admin users which can add users etc at docusign to do this.

With regards on how it works, you can refer to the KBA 2509744 - Offer Letter with eSignature (DocuSign) in Recruiting. The feature gives the candidate access to Sign the accept/sign the offer online or even decline the offer.
