Documents not getting Downloaded - All Modules

500 - Internal error coming when trying to download documents from Recruitment and from all other modules when clicking on the link to download documents it's just not getting downloading.

We have even tried resetting the password for Open Text and established the connection again, but nothing seems to be working. 

If anyone has come across such an error, please respond on the same as this is a priorty issue and any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Currently experiencing this same issue on our production environment, any help will be appreciated.
