Document Transfer Options - Performance Management - enroute folder

We had a situation where some employees were mistakenly set as managers and then the performance forms were routed to them. The issue was fixed in the hierarchy and the performance forms moved to the correct managers but a copy still remained in their enroute folder. 

Using Document visibility tool we could then hide the performance forms forms from these incorrect leaders. But is there a way to turn off the copy to the enroute folder?

I've reviewed this KBA  https://me.sap.com/notes/2077194/E on Document transfer options and all of them seem to include "The old manager will retain a 'copy' of the form" which seems to refer to the enroute folder

Hi Jen_Cooper,

For your current situation, I'm afraid only the document visibility tool can hide the documents.

For future document transfer events, if you'd like to hide the document visibility for the old manager, you may refer to this KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/2520414/E

Please note that the option in the above KBA only works for future document transfer.
