I have created a simulation, and in the demo and practice test bubbles I am using 32px because it will be shown on a whiteboard in front of a class. At the end of the class, I want the students to be able to take a guide with them to use for the future.
The problem I am having is that the demo or practice text is coming over at 32px equivalent. What I want is the text to be at a normal size. Somewhere between 12-14 pt on the document. Is there a way to keep my demo and practice text large, then when I convert it to a document, keep it at 14? I know I can go and edit the document myself, but sometimes the length of the file does not make that an easy task.

Hi David,
Is it just that one piece of content or it is all Explanation content? I suspect that you have applied manual formatting to that piece of content, which means that text styles will be ignored when the content is generated into documentation. Can you please check the following:
1. Open the Simulation in Producer
2. Find the Explanation macro that you show above and open the text box to edit that text
3. Click the Source button
4. When you open the content Source, you will see any HTML tags that have been applied to the content. If you have only applied text styles, you should see something like
If you have applied manual formatting to the text, there will be all sorts of the formatting tags around the text. If they are there, they must be removed because otherwise they will be applied to the text when it is generated as documentation. To remove these tags, select the text in the text box in Producer, in Design view, and click the Remove Formatting button

Hi David,
Yes there is. You must replicate the Text Styles object in the Resources > Adaptable Resources section of Producer and modify the text style in the new object to your desired sizing. Once you do that, modify the relevant set of documentation settings, located in the Resources > Documentation Settings section to use your new text style object, rather than the default one.
There is a video available that goes through the steps to make custom documentation that can be accessed from the Getting Started with SAP Enable Now guide. Once you open the guide, click the Generating Branded Documentation using Enable Now button and then click the link in the Resources section.

I have watched the videos, edited every font in the text style, applied that setting to documentation settings. Created a word template and uploaded it. Used the uploaded template to produce this document and I still cannot get the text size within the yellow box to go down in size. It always transfers to 24pt. I can get "explanation" and "Screenshot" to smaller or larger fonts, adjust image size, but the explanation text will not change regardless of any setting that I am using. The explanation text transfers directly from the demo text that I placed in the bookpage. I have the demo text set to 32px so it is visible on the whiteboard.
