Do you have integration center scheduling issue on Friday evening?

we have noticed some IC jobs scheduled for 8pm monday-friday

are executed on sat morning around 7-8am CET randomly : does other customers have to experienced these issue ? We are on DC-33 Frankfurt dc

Hi,

Today we noticed something similar where a scheduled job ran on a non-scheduled date. It not just ran on some random date but also ran for a period starting from 2 years back in time. As the Execution Manager Dashboard, cannot show the data beyond 15 days, we have raised a high priority ticket with SAP to find out the root as this has costed us significant financial impact.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with the integration center job or is aware of the root cause?

these is not the case of a stale job already running which is delaying the execution of the next one : these IC job is a simple extract that execution lasts about 4 to 5 mins. but it's critical to our payroll interface. we have been waiting for more than 4 weeks to get an update on SAP side. we have 2 occurences of these issue already and are left to make assumption on what is causing these issue. these is not helping us to defend internally the reliability of SAP platforms compared to other SaaS vendors.

Dear pboulicaut,

Normally this happens when there are more jobs scheduled for a closer time, so one can delay the other.

I would recommend you review, under "Execution Manager Dashboard", all jobs that are running on Friday and check if there is any way of improving performance by changing/adjusting their start time.
