Display Symbol/number when filling in the porlet Notes

Hello Team

the client has this portlet, they have a requirement in which they ask that here above in the bar appears some symbol, like a number 1 for example to be able to know if the employee has some note written in the portlet and to recognize it at a glance. Is it possible to do this?

Not possible in my knowledge no. At best as an extra item in the to do part that is already flashing red in your screen, but that's quite a hassle to achieve via integration center perhaps (+ customers seldom use that button).
