Disappeared item without successful completion

Dear all,

maybe you can help me with my problem. It happened the second times that an item disappeared from the learning plan without completing the exam. The items are assigned with a curriculum. I found the "missing" items in the curriculum. There I was able to put the items on the learning plan again.

The curriculum, is it making any indication that the item has been completed for the training cycle for the user (green checkmark)?

Is this an isolated incident to this one user? Has it happened to with other items/curricula?

Hi Heather,

the system doesn't mark this item as completed with a green checkmark. It is still open - the training content is marked as completed but the exam isn't. I can remember that the system "kicked out" the user from the system. After that the course disappeared from the learning plan.

The disappearing happened with different items and curricula. There is no specific course or curriculum.
