Digital Signature in Document Generation

Hi there,

I configured the requirements through the guide: SF_EC_DocumentGeneration.pdf

I get the following error when I try to create a document with the digital signature. Can anyone help me?

Hey Antonia,

I faced a similar issue while trying out the Docusign Place Holder Feature and the issue was with my Docusign Account.Please try using the developer account if you are checking out the feature , If its a customer account then please request the customer to raise a Support ticket to Docusign.Please make sure that under configure object definition -> DocuSignEnvelopeRecipient -> emailBody -> maximum length is set to 1000 (from 255).Let me know if you still face any issues
